Shipping policy

At Needle & Knot Embroidery, we take pride in creating products with care and attention to detail. Processing times vary depending on whether your item is custom‑made or ready‑to‑ship.  

Custom Embroidery Production & Shipping  

- Each custom order is handcrafted to your specifications. Please allow 3–5 business days for production after design approval. In some cases, production may take up to 10 business days depending on order volume and complexity.  

- Once complete, your order will be shipped. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  

Ready‑to‑Ship Items  

- Premade embroidered apparel, accessories, jewelry, and other ready‑to‑ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.  

- If your order includes both custom and ready‑to‑ship items, all items will ship together once the custom piece is finished. If you prefer separate shipments, you may request split shipping; in this case, ready‑to‑ship items will be sent ahead in a separate package, and expedited shipping will incur additional charges.  

Shipping Services  

- We ship using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground as our standard services.  

- If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange a faster option. Expedited shipping will incur additional charges.  

Shipping Rates  

- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Multiple options are available to suit your needs.  

Order Tracking  

- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.  

Delivery Issues  

- If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist promptly.  

International Shipping  

- At this time, we ship only within the United States.
